Kevin McCollum
Kevin is one of the most prolific and successful Broadway producers with a career spanning 25 years in the theatre industry. Most recently, he produced the smash hit Motown: The Musical, now playing to sold out houses at the Lunt-Fontanne Theatre on Broadway. Mr. McCollum received the 2008 Tony Award for Best Musical for In the Heights, the 2004 Best Musical Tony for Avenue Q, and the 1996 Best Musical Tony for Rent, which also won the Pulitzer Prize. He has also produced The Drowsy Chaperone in 2006, which won five Tony Awards, Baz Luhrmann’s production of Puccini’s La Boheme in 2002, [title of show] in 2008, the touring and Broadway productions of Irving Berlin’s White Christmas, the off Broadway hit De La Guarda, and the recent hit revival of West Side Story, and BengalTiger at the Baghdad Zoo starring Robin Williams. Mr. McCollum founded The Booking Group and The Producing Office; these companies produce and distribute musicals and plays throughout the world. He also ownsCreative Goods, a leading live entertainment merchandising company. In 2012, Mr. McCollum founded Alchemation, a new theatre and media company. In 2013, Mr. McCollum announced a newjoint venture with 20th Century Fox that will seek to develop titles from their extensive catalog into stage properties. Mr. McCollum wastrained at the Conservatory of Music at the University of Cincinnati, and earned his Master’s degree in film producing from the Peter Stark Program at the University of Southern California. In 1995, he received the Robert Whitehead Award for Outstanding Commercial Theatre Producing. Mr. McCollum received an honorary doctorate from his alma mater, the University of Cincinnati.

For over 20 years Jeff has worked as a Lighting Designer for theatre, dance, opera and special events in New York, throughout the US and internationally. Kate Sullivan
Kate is a New York-based theatre director and producer. A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill's school of Journalism, Kate moved to Los Angeles in 2004 and worked on the children’s fantasy film The Spiderwick Chronicles, hit indie film (500) Days of Summer and the breakout comedy Bridesmaids. With seven years of film experience under her belt, she returned to her roots in musical theatre – her true passion. In 2010, Kate founded Over the Moon Productions with Jonathan Larson’s Tony-award winning RENT. Cleverly staged in an abandoned warehouse in downtown Los Angeles, the critically-acclaimed production, under Kate’s guidance as producer and director, ran for 12 sold-out houses in as many nights. In the Spring of 2012 she directed Los Angeles' intimate premiere of Spring Awakening in Hollywood to the same sold-out success. L.A. Weekly nominated her for best director in musical theatre, and she was also nominated for best producer at the prestigious Ovation Theater Awards. After two critically-acclaimed productions in LA, Kate moved to NYC and began working with Broadway producer Kevin McCollum and iscurrently developing Submissions Only. She lives in Brooklyn.
Michael Croiter
Michael Croiter is the owner of Yellow Sound Lab, a recording studio in the heart of New York City's East Village, which currently serves as the musical home of both Sesame Street (for which Michael plays drums and percussion, and is the music mixing engineer - 3 Emmy Awards) and Submissions Only (producer, audio mixer,music supervisor). Other clients have included PBS’s The New Electric Company (Emmy Award), Disney’s Johnny and The Sprites (Emmy Nomination), and ABC’s One Life To Live (Emmy for Song Of The Year). He owns the record company, Yellow Sound Label, for which he has produced the cast recordings of Matilda the Musical (Grammy Nomination 2013), First Date, Big Fish, Murder Ballad, Fugitive Songs, Next Thing You Know, The Burnt Part Boys, The Shaggs, Herringbone featuring BD Wong, See Rock City and Other Destinations and albums for artists such as Chita Rivera, Alan Cumming and Telly Leung. As a musician, Michael has played on many of the aforementioned recordings and is an accomplished performer. He serves as music director, arranger, drummer and guitarist for Chita Rivera, and was the associate music director, drummer and co-arranger for Alan Cumming. He appeared with Florence and The Machine on Letterman in 2011 and was the drummer for Concord Records Jazz vocalist Spencer Day on his 2011 Vagabond Tour. He’s performed with the Florida Philharmonic, New World Symphony and American Ballet Theater. He was the drummer for Broadway’s Avenue Q and Chita Rivera: The Dancer's Life. Michael is a member of the National Academy of Recording Arts Sciences, the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers, and the American Federation of Musicians.

Kyle is a Production Assistant at Once: The Musical, and the Digital Media Coordinator for Broadway Dance Center. After jumping on-board with Submissions Only in 2011, Kyle began partnering with Neal Hunter Hyde to produce short promotional and archival videos. Projects/clients include: Disney Theatrical Group (The Lion King), Michael James Scott Ameret Ghebremichael’s Fingerlickin Fierce, Karen Mason’s Unfinished Business, and CAP21. Kyle worked with Andrew Keenan-Bolger on the first Witness Uganda music video, and recently worked with Cris Abrego Productions on pilots for VH1/Style, and E! Entertainment. He will be Stage Managing the NY premiere of International Falls with Greyman Theatre Co. in 2014.
Merri Sugarman
Initially an actress ('Les Miserables', 'Aspects of Love'- to name a few credits fromanother lifetime) and then NOT, Merri found herself out West where she quickly made a name for herself at Liberman/Hirschfeld, then Liberman/Patton Casting, working on such shows as "NewsRadio", "The Larry Sanders Show" and the Miramax feature film "Playing By Heart", starring Sean Connery and Angelina Jolie. In 2000, Merri moved to Dreamworks Studios as the Casting Executive in charge of TV Pilots and Series- including "Spin City", and the critically acclaimed "The Job", starring Denis Leary. She was then offered a position as the Director of Casting for Dramas and Movies at ABC Television, overseeing the casting of "Alias", "NYPD Blue", "The Practice" and the 'made for television movies’ "Gilda Radner - It's Always Something" and "The Music Man", starring Matthew Broderick and Kristin Chenoweth, to name just a few.Merri then returned to the East Coast to teach and coach actors – something she still does (and loves) as time permits, when Tara Rubin offered her a Casting Director position where she’s been happily ensconced ever since, working on, among many others - the Broadway productions, touring and international companies of SPAMALOT, JERSEY BOYS, THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA, LES MISERABLES and HOW TO SUCCEED…, along with TV & Film projects for many studios and networks, as well as quite a bit of regional theater.
